.tar.gz decompression

Hi,
Does anyone know of a good .tar.gz decompressor for windows? At the moment I have to upload everything to my server, extract it, then download it. I have been googling for ages but can only find ones for mac and solaris.

I believe WinRAR can do it, though the program does cost money.

Do you happen to know a free one?
I have installed a 40 day free trial, but it would be nice to have a permanent decompressor.

I use 7-zip (http://www.7-zip.org/) for everything. zip, rar, 7z and more.
