So are you looking to pay someone to help you on a project? If so I'll move the thread for you.
or do you mean you don't have any idea how to create a column called category and insert a different number for each row according to the category?
or do you mean you aren't sure how to manage categories and subcategories several levels deep?
You may think you are being clear in your questions but you aren't.

so in other words you don't need help with sql at all but need help displaying the categories in a pulldown menu for use in a form?
What application language are you using? PHP? Have you searched google or whatever engine for something like
+"mysql" +"php" +"populate pulldown"
have you looked in the PHP forum here at CodingForums to see if your question has been asked and answered?

I am Using Php, and no one can seem to help me.

No one can seem to help you because you aren't giving us all the information to help you. read your posts above and see if they have enough information.
you also don't seem to have helped yourself since you haven't posted here how much information you know and whether or not you have looked for other information to help yourself.
you are coming to a forum to ask for help, no one is obliged to help you.
If you want to actually offer some input (including checking the php forum here at CodingForums) to YOUR problem, then yes you will likely get some help.
