[access]Help with getting table from database

Hi im reli a noob at this,
i have my table set up in access.
It is supposed to show the user id , name and description, i was wondering how i could display it useing a hyperlink to a page so the url would look like this
/user.asp?id=1&name=gfg
could anyone help me i know this is a nooby question lol:o

what server side langage will you be using to build the links?
i suppose it's ASP --> did you have a look in the ASP forum on how to connect to the db, how to ake a select and how to loop through the recordset? did you google it? do you have any code in place yet so we can start from your existing code?
