css how to make highlight diff.....

hi there i made my text boxes with css the are transperant but no i want to change the highlight color eg for the blibker in the textboxes and when u higlight some thing to copy it

you can't change those; they're part of windows. you could chnage them on your own machine, but you couldn't do anything, that would make them different for visiting your website.
