My domain will expire tomorow. Please tell me wat is the time period of Renewel or Transfer ???? I mean to say how much time these 2 tasks take ???

Renewal should be immediate, so that's your best course of action, even if you're looking to transfer away from your current registrar first. Renew the domain first. There's usually a grace period from a domain's expire date before other people are allowed to register it, but to be safe, renew asap.
