I made this into a poll so you wont really need to post anything.

You can if you want to.

The urls are as follows:

www.ionsurge.com/index.html
www.ionsurge.com/index2.html - deleted it now, so it wont work

Just in case you cant notice, the differences are in the menus, you will have to hover your mouse over them to see the change.

I can change the colour scheme, and I agree with you guys, so that will go. I can't do anything about the mouseovers seeing as it is a fixed thing, but they seem to be coming up at a normal speed for me...

How'd you do that slow color change on the links?

With the fading links, you may (or may not) want to make the entire table cell linked. This way, the user wouldn't have to click on the actual text link. Since the cell background changes to gray onmouseover, I would expect it to be linked as well. Having the links fade onmouseover of the table cell would also be cool. To me, the fading links and the bg color changes onmouseover should go hand-in-hand. Right now, they're kind of separate. Just my opinion...

clean look! keep going....

I am not sure how to make the table cells to fade up on mouseover, but I can do it I think.

The cells are clickable when you move your mouse over them, and any part of it is classified as a link.

I have now decided, seeing as the decision is unanimous, to go with index.html, and not index2.html.

I am working on the suggestions now, so it should be done within an hour.

Cheers.

I found http://www.webmasterbase.com/article/904 to be quite a useful article about designing effective navigation.

Of the two choices, I would say the one with the smaller cells as you don't have to scroll as far for the lowest links.

Okay, I have changed it now, but I am still working on the table fading cells and that will take some time.

Thanks for the link Okii, it was an interesting read.

I have changed everything apart from the fading cells, which I am still working on.

What do you think now?
