How is the layout of your backends?

I'm finishing the backend for a site i made, everything is working fine.. now i just need to design the layout for the backend.
I never saw any backend so i have no idea how it should look :rolleyes:
Can you guys post here examples? of the site and the backend (the backend can be in jpg only so you don't need to give acess to it.)
