Create online registration?

Hi! My department had annouced a educational program. I want them to register the program online and created username & password to edit/update their information later (Which will be a secure area for every applicants). Email notification for every submission and edited to the applicant. Is there such scripts out there:confused: ? Thanks for any advice!

There are quite a few decent and a few not so decent membership / user management programmes out there, of course it depends on whether you are able to pay or not it also depends on the flexibilty of your requirements.

I've used amember previously but the clients needs changed and we needed to change the system for a custom built job and that was about 2 or 3 years ago so not to sure what it is like now.

My advice would be to look at somewhere like hotscrpits.com and check out some of the user management scripts they have within their listings.
