Can someone please tell me how this portion of this site was created?

The area where you can add pictures to the "landscape truck"...then you can send those pics via a contact form to the company. Been searching web for similar "carts" and nothing.........

Any ideas?

Its a very simplistic 'shopping cart' all it needs to remember are the IDs of the pictures in the cart and then pass that information on with contact form, fwiw done in asp
