Including an option to add an attachment to a Submit form.

I have a submit form created using Dream Weaver. This form is to collect some simple info.. name.. address.. ect... This form emails to an email adress that I have set up. The form works great. I was hoping to add an option where people can go into this form.. and attach files to the email.

Can this be done? If so.. please help me out.
