Javascript with CSS Tabbing

Hello,

I'm trying to create a similar affect as Microsoft did on their home page: http://www.microsoft.com/

If you look neat the bottom there are links listed downwards:

-Highlights
-Latest Releases
-Using your Computer
-For Business
-For IT Professionals
-For Developers

When a link is highlighted (not clicked) information on that link is displayed to the right.

Can anyone help me with this?
