Absolutely NO TABLE LAYOUTS! Your URLs will be screened by an advanced level coder and you will NOT be considered if you use a TABLE FOR a layout!

We are NOT looking for a programmer, only a website coder who specializes in doing websites.

We are in the adult industry & are currently seeking a very experienced website coder/developer to redo the coding of our sites using html/xhtml/CSS & implement the template into our new CMS so we can manage the webcopy ourselves.

Here are the job qualifications we are looking for:

* Understands the workings & logistics of a website & has created several from start to finish.
* Has a working knowledge of XHTML 1.0 Transitional or HTML
* Has a working knowledge of CSS2.
* Has working knowledge of CMSs (ask us for the URL) &/or is willing to learn.
* Must be W3C and ensure that every site worked on validates for all major browsers, MACs, is accessible for the visually impaired & all types of mobile devices.
* Your code is not messy & you take great pride in outputting clean organized code.
* Has the ability to code for structure and fast loading times by optimizing the graphics/images. All graphical design for our company is done by a graphic web designer, NOT you.
* Has the ability to take any PSD a graphic designer creates and make it into a site with the CSS and xhtml/html & the CMS.
* Understands Character Coding & how to avoid potential future problems.
* Has worked with installing flash files before. You you don't need to be a flash developer, we already have one.
* Is a fast yet accurate worker while helping to ensure that the site is profitable. (code doesn't compromise the need for the site to make money & vice versa).

If you have these skills, please PM us with your best hourly rate so can continue the interview process.

Thank you
