Select which SATA hard drives to boot from?

Is it possible to install two SATA hard drives and select which one to boot from? One will be WinXP and the other Red Hat Fedora 5. Or should I use one dual boot hard drive?

Well usually in the BIOS you can select which drive has priority. So you can just put a boot loader on that drive to let you choose which OS to boot from.

I have found GRUB and will look into it more.
