Hello. Does anyone know of any Linux distro that might be able to pick up my wireless network card? The router is airlink i believe.

What network card do you have? There is some software called ndiswrapper basically it uses windows drivers to get your wireless card to work on linux. I've used it before but not extensively. Install instructions vary among wireless cards.
