saving a html page as a desktop wallpaper

Is it possible to take a any html page and save it as wallpaper?
Or should you do it using active desktop?

yeah, if you want to use a webpage as your wallpaper you need to enable active desktop and then choose the page as you would any other image.

I did so and put in web address that i wanted as a active desktop. It open as a very small box on the desktop. IT did not fill the screen. Any ideas?

Well i did find a way to make it fill the whole screen. By putting your mouse around the edges of that small box that opens up you can drag sideways and up and down to fill screen. But it does not answer why it opens up as a small box. :confused:

I designed the page I wanted as my desktop, then went to Display Properties and browsed to get the htm file I needed. Then you have display options as Center, Tile or Stretch - select stretch for it to cover your desktop.

sounds like your using the "web" section of the display properties
dont worry about that, to kep it simple right click the desktop, there is a menu option to enable active desktop, and select your html file as you would a background. it will display no problem :)
