Can you peeps please take a wander through my forums and give me your impressions and feelings about the whole thing? Something just doesn't seem right somewhere and I'm not sure what it is, or if it's just me.

the bad rectangle of your logo is down and over your navigation (help-search- ...)

the background color and image are the problem of this forum
i think you should decide how do you want your background to be like

It looks fine to me, and the header does not cover anything up for me either (IE 6.0 800x600). I think the colors and background look nice. There are, in my opinion, too many forums though for so few members. Perhaps some of them can be combined. Generally, the more members, the more forums because you can differentiate between topics more.

In IE6, your background behind your banner repeats height-wise (repeat-y) and doesn't look that great with that repeat IMO. In Fx1.5, the image behind your banner doesn't repeat at all and the banner and quote hangs over the links up top.

I'm also not a huge fan of the pattern behind the forums.

Other than those two issues, it's a typical looking IPB forums. Looks fine to me other than those I mentioned above. And I must say, I'm a fan of the fade effect!

For FireFix, I removed that nasty, smelly DIV and replaced it with the solid and trustworthy TABLE element (hate to do hacks for other browsers, but what's a Fox to do...). Thing is probably viewable down to NS3 now... ;)

Usually the BG is plain white, I wanted to add a little colour, but it really didn't like it that way. Searching for BG images really lead nowhere, the only one that caught my attention is the 'water' one there.

The BG behind the title banner I think is going to change into an image of the horizon, maybe a sunset over the ocean... I don't know. If you guys have seen my main page (http://arctic.ithium.net/), maybe you could give me some suggestions on matching the title banner and main site? I'd like to use the same image, and I've 100s to chose from on my HD.
