Random Image

I was wondering if anyone could assist me in locating a PHP script that displays a random PNG image from a set directory. The script must produce a PNG file, such as image.png, to link to as opposed to only an image.php (for use on forums where the PHP extension is prohibited for images).

well i can't assist you in finding a script, but i have an idea for going about it. you could tell your server to parse *.png files as PHP files in one directory. then you could write/find a script that randomly opened a png file, and output the contents.
