Link in Pop Up window links to another pop up size window

I have a JavaScript that gives me a Pop Up window text link. The problem is when I am in the pop up window I have a link that links to a window the same size as a pop up window. I need this link in my pop up window to link to a full size window.

Please advise how I can get this link in my pop up window to take me to a normal size browser web page?
