I'm looking for a taleneted web developer who is able to create the below nav using CSS and XHTML (javascript if needed). I needs to function like in the picture displayed below. It needs to function in all browsers and on all OS's.

I offered him my service and he was giving me green light for that. Then I did work on it and showed him the result and he never replied again (I don't need to mention that I never saw any money)...

I'm not sure if you can/should trust him...
Besides that: this thread is somewhat old now and I think there's no need to reply to this anymore.

If JKD did not delete my inquiry into OP's specifications, which he decided to call "Lynx blather", you would have seen from OP's replies that he was not the guy to work for. Sorry you wasted your time....
