Well, a lot of gray. Perhaps too much?

The top graphic should be a GIF like the rest. The JPG compression causes the base color to not match.

Font is OK, but kind of hard to read at the smaller size.

I don't like the little boxes around the "News And Updates"

Your footer is centered on the page, but nothing else is....

That's about it :D

Ah, better than your old one. I like the grey, but I have done all grey once myself, color is nice. Like beetle said, try for gifs...either transparency or try to match the color. Can't think of a whole lot more quite yet.

Can somebody turn on the light? I can't see a darned thing! :confused:
I know you probably want to have your design have that "dark" feel to it, but i for one would appreciate actually seeing something... :(

lol ok i will see what i can do i will bring the gray up a noch or two to make it lighter and i will make them all .pngs they look better that way

IT almost looks random to a point because of all the blurred grey adges O.o

Are my eyes better this morning, or did you light it up already? If so: better! I really like the hazy back-lit effect.
I would however suggest to make the different navigation sections stand out a bit, like seperate them from the central content area. It would make it easier to identify them as nav sections. Perhaps a similar sort of hazy background effect?

it looks fne to me. perhaps consider seperating your "news and updates" from the nav bars.

and whats with the black "W" near the bottom?! ;)

looks fine to me in mozilla...

the only thing is that now it takes very long to load... perhaps use .jpg's instead of .png's... or just tone it down into text based navigation.... or make them all one big .jpg and make it into an image map...

Just some thoughts.

i think the color is fine, but you should make the pictures smaller in size (kb) because it takes a while to load. try making them .gif or .jpg with less colors, considering they really only need a few
