Cache Help

The buisness I'm building a site for had an old site that many people accessed. The IT guy said that I need to put a script in the new site that would make the old page expire, or something like that. So I need something that will automatically clear the chache when loading so that previous users will see the new page. I have no idea how to this. Can anyone help??

you could try meta tags, to prevent the page from being cachied (sp) at all
this site uses it
