Edit A Sound File?

Hello All,

I don't know if I'm in the right forum but here goes. I have a sound file for an O scale train. I can upload it from the engine into my PC and back into the engine but I can't open it or get it to play. I don't know what format it's in. What I'm trying to do is edit it and put it back into the engine. it doesn't have a file extention that this board will recognize so I put it here: http://www.njhirailers.com/z_on_the_web/train_file.MTH The extention is .MTH. I can e-mail it to anyone too. Mine is MCD4x4@aol.com. Let me know if I need to post somewhere else. Thanks.

I have this software, it's only for uploading and downloading the files. You can't play the files or edit them. Is there anyone that can edit these files? How do I make this file downloadable off my site? Thanks
