Will Pay for Custom code

I'm looking for someone who is able to customize a-shop http://a-shop.rammdev.com/ashop/default.asp to work like a "cafe press" type store. I do not need any of the fancy overlaying of images like "cafe press" does http://www.cafepress.com. What I do need is for customers to be able to select a mug, select options for a mug (green handle, black handle, 12oz white, etc.), select a premade image or upload their own image and text to show on the mug. Finally they will go to a cart page and checkout. The checkout needs to be emailed to the store owner.

The backend needs to remain in tact with the shop owner using a simple web interface to upload, update, add and delete products and categories.
