mouseover & rollover conflict

Hi everyone

New to the forum. I have been having issues with 2 functions which I am trying to incorporate into a design for a client. This isn’t the first time I have run into this issue and now am seeking help.

I am attempting to use a nice mouse over piece of java I found at

I am having an issue while using this code and using the built in rollover function in GoLive CS.

I have 2 examples. This one has both functions (the cropped images below the large chair should have a mouse over larger image, please see the following example):

Example 2, with rollovers removed and mouse over now working:

If anyone out there with coding knowledge can give a beginner some help, I would greatly appreciate it. I am not an advanced developer, mostly a designer.

onload="preloadImages();"

I removed the code you suggested but unfortunately now the rollovers don't roll over now although the mouse over does work. I put an example here:

Any ideas?

you havewindow.onload = initTip; plus
<body onload="preloadImages();" ......
One will override the other.

Delete or comment-out: window.onload = initTip;

And in the body tag, have:

onload="preloadImages(); initTip()"

That should get it going for now, but that third-part code does not impress.
