WHY is my browser doing this?

I'm trying to get to scottrade.com, however when I enter it into my browser or click on the link, I get redirected to this crap.

Other websites work fine.

i get the same.. looks like their moving to network solutions hosting or the domains expiring. its nothing to do with your browser

It displays correctly for me in Fx 1.5.0.4, IE6, Moz 1.7.11, and NS 8.1 in Windows XP SP2 right now.
