It's very plain.
I quite like the text under the logo.
I think that it looks like it needs modernization.
Other than the plain-ness and the need for modernization, it looks quite good and the article links really grab your attention.

hm... it is very plain in terms of layout and design. it took me too long to figure out what the site is for.... actually... i still dont know what the site is for. the homepage didnt grab me enough to make me want to look. but i did anyway so i can give you something more concrete. i clicked about and got this first sentence "DemmerMedia Corp. offers a wide range of products and services." its like... "why are you making it so difficult for me to find out what you actually do??" i'd make it VERY obvious what the services offered are. dont make a seperate section for your services, but them on the homepage.

No doctype
Tables over tables
No stylesheet (just very few inline styles)
A lot of deprecated tags and attributes
No semantic value! (as far as the HTML goes)

Need I say more?

This website needs a major redevelopment. If you don't understand any HTML/CSS I'd advise you to hire a programmer and - of course - a designer for the design of the page. There is a forum (http://www.codingforums.com/forumdisplay.php?f=36) for that here on CodingForums.

If you are a professional you need a professional website. And if you want a professional website you need professional looking code behind it, otherwise nobody will believe that you're competent in what you're doing.

Needs some style and extra thought im afraid. Add some graphics maybe and sort out the alignment issues. You need a quick tutorial on semantic mark-up! (http://designbit.co.uk/article.asp?aid=62)

Good effort!
