Hi there!
Flash is nowadays one of the most happening things in website design (http://www.xponsewebs.com). It's all over there on the cyber platform, bursting with creativity each day. But i also hear that flash designs also make web pages heavy and thus take much more time to load than any other web page full of text. Thus it is also beleived that flash design (http://www.xponsewebs.com) embedded web designs (http://www.xponsewebs.com) are not so search engine friendly. Can anybody enlighten me on this?

This looks like a clever attempt of spamming your own website. Complete flash websites are hard to get indexed which is why people are starting to use sfir. Flash image replacement. They put text and then they use javascript to insert the flash dynamically so search engines still index the site. Flash does take longer to load but this why flash has preloaders you can use/make.
