Javescript Instead of CGI

If all I want to do is process a form and e-mail the output, is that accomplisable using purly javascript instead of writing a CGI? Reason I ask is because my hosting plan doesn't allow for custom CGI's, so I need an alternative way to process my form.

JavaScript has no way to mail things. You can use mailto but that means people have to use a mail program such as outlook.
