I need a script like datpiff.com where paying members can download and listen to latest mixtapes. and where free members, can only see latest mixtapes and search. cant listen or download. merge it with our vbulletin forum members.

I'd do it all for 200 apart from merge it with VB, you'd have to pay more for that .. its hard to find a coder that will do all of that for you for 150-200.
