Hi, i have logged into my server via ssh connection and now i need to use bash so i can give me remote computer commands.Can some one please tell me the comand to do so?

Thanks:thumbsup: bcarl314 05-22-2006, 02:20 AM bash although some systems might set you in a tsch or other shell. If you want to know where bash is, type "which bash". Usually you'll see something like "/usr/bin/bash" Then you can just type "/usr/bin/bash" to get to a bash cli. Cheeseboy 05-22-2006, 02:24 AM ok the eject command didnt work but on my server directly it did. when i type bash it doesnt show me bash-3.00# Is there anyway i can see that? |
