Embedding a media player

Hello,
I want to embed a video player in my website.
Some thing exactly like which plays the video (obv) and then its got a link below which says"Unable to view this video? Click here to download it."
And a html code for the video.
Would appreciate a reply.

I've wanted to know this for a while, but why not make a flash application? Then it could read the files from a location and the download link would be the same.

To get the video to download just link directly to it, tell the users to right click save as.

Iam not much into flash.
I would like to embed it like they do it on video websites.
E.g: - http://www.funny-videos.co.uk/videocarcleaner.html
Here, the user can watch the video (obv) and i also want to include a button which allows the users to download the clip,the url for linking the video and finally the html code for it.
Please reply.
