Looks good...erm...Why does the second page have a huge gap in it half way down? Slow loading...or is this the host? Isn't there another name besides Mississippi Subdivisions or do people actually search for the word 'subdivisions'? If the pages aren't optimized, they should be. Lots of SEO info here (http://searchengineforums.com/bin/Ultimate.cgi). :D

maybe you can make the "Counties,Builders,Houseplans ect."
linkbar above the website logo right near the other buttons on the left side, to compact it a little more.
you should also maybe place the "information" button thats floating around there, with the other buttons that match it.

as "zoobie" pointed out.
there is a large gap, this is cause by the 20+ line breaks you have ( <br> ) followed by information on what your website is about at the very bottom, below your copyright information?
is there a reason for that?

your little tricks to try to get into the search engines are not going to work. The keywords you use in the small fonts will likely make people suspicious about all of the fine print that they cannot read. I also agree that the space between the body of the pages and the footer is way to big.

Okay thats the kind of information I've been looking for I have made the changes. Thanks for all the imput. But if anyone knows what I can do to help me in the search engines since I have very little text I would really appreciate you knowledge
