MicroSoft has released a preview version of its upcoming Expression Web Designer (FrontPage's successor): see the buzz at WaSP (http://www.webstandards.org/2006/05/15/microsoft-expression-preview-release/). There's a link to a review in there with an example of a basic site built using it, and it does look promising.
