Visual Basic Issue

Hello, recently i turned on my Visual Basic after i installed Visual Basic 2005 Express on my parents computer... and now my Visual basic concists of 4 parts...sepperate...

1) The toolbar
2) The top toolbar
3) The form information
4) The Form

I am missing the body... And my toolbar when i click on it seems to slowly scroll down until in proper place...


It just looks like a regular form...except with 4 parts at wrong places... with transparent background...

kinda annoying...

Does anyone know how to reset the Visual Basic native settings?
