hi there,

I need a hosting template and a php coder to work with a new hosting site similar to this one, which is not finished either.

I would like it to be search engine friendly, green and gold colours with a logo. I would like to keep the header and right menu still and have the pages load in one place.
I would like to spend somewhere around $30.00 paypal..

30 bucks might only get you the template but not the php coder. Php coders range any where from 30-60 dollars an hour, maybe more. Good luck.

You see? Nobody is gonna raise a finger for 90 bucks. Try it with 300 and maybe some east european or asian coder might pay some attention to you.
