How do I get speller pages to work?

When I try to check the spelling on my forum with speller pages, I get this error message:

Error executing '-a --lang=en_US --encoding=utf-8 < ./asp535.tmp 2>&1'
'aspell' is not recognized as an internal or external command,operable program or batch file.

What do I do about this?

You must have aspell installed on the server.
