Flashy ;) Did you use Swish to create anything on there? That welcome SWF looks like something I might have dinked around with when I was bored. Go layers! (Or whatever the special name for them is) Heh, anyways...
The way you have your site layed out it might be worth consideration to make use of some iFrames. The pages are generally the same on each topic but a minor information change. Just my opinion though. iFrames aren't always a good thing.
I like your page templates, espicially the last one there. I might just save that and dink around with it on my computer. Really neat.
Also...if you expect a lot of traffic and people using your stuff, I noticed on the templates you were quite strict about people linking to your site and not removing the copyright from the image there, but it's very very easy to do stuff like that and people not give you credit. I, personally, think that you might be better off taking your copyright and logo from it and simply asking for a link. Your site though, I just have my opinions.
Overall, I like. :)

By the way, just out of curiosity are you planning on linking to a forum or are you going to be hosting one?
If so what type and why?

the design is well made, the colors strike me as odd, but it isnt really that bad.
the only thing i can say i dont like is that the orange "tabs" on the top and bottom are too large, it could be more "sleek" in my opinion.
also the bottom orange tab that says "pp stats", the orange and blue seperation is a little off.

I really like the links. the "Menu" heading could be improved. I hate TNR. the page is really bright but the main title doesn't stick out against it.
i think u cud just fix the margins and spaces and fonts and it would look a whole lot better. and u should tame that turquoise a bit.

have you taken a look at this in mozilla or any netscape browsers? mozilla 1.1 brings out some big padding issues. Especially left of the "Welcome" flash, but also an obvious one under the orange tab at the bottom.
On the "Platinum Projects" logo, the glowing effect is cut off on the top... also to the right of it there is some kind of smudge looking thing... I thought it was on my monitor for a minute but it's not :)
hmm... maybe you might try to center the whole thing for higher resolutions... at 1024 it is kinda stuck up in the corner.
I also agree that the orange tab on the bottom is too big, and the "New and Update" and "Future outlooks" headings should be a different color.
You MAY want to consider adding a small text link near the menu that takes users without flash to a sitemap or pop-up a text alternative or something! Not everyone has or wants the flash plugin, and it would be too bad to cut them off from the rest of your site because of that.

I would go to the W3C and put a <!DOCTYPE> in there. At least HTML 4.01. If you're up to it, go to XHTML 1.0 Transitional.
Also, formatting should be in CSS to support old browsers that don't support backrounds (black on blue doesn't contrast well).
If you need help, feel free to check out my webpage at: http://458.bike.to/
It's best viewed in any browser and pages appear instantly. No images or JavaScript, I think those things slow a page down considerably. But, if you're someone that has a lot of pages, like Microsoft.com, then I understand the use of JavaScript, but pages can still be light.
Other than the above, page looks good.

Alrightie, Swish is cool. Nice basic flash program, though it has a lot of advanced tools. Good luck with all the changes.
