Restrictions

I recently encounter some restrictions (just recently) like: unable to connect to a computer in the LAN (others can connect to this computer), unable to mount secured/encrypted drives (i use security toolkit / clevercrypt). How can i edit these restriction settings?

I'm using WinXp Pro SP2 using Admin account.

you can use fresh ui to get everything securitywise for the computer.
