CSS IE/FF ugliness

Basically, it looks good in Firefox, and in IE things are mushed around, any idea on how to fix this? I have little to zero knowledge in CSS.

It doesn't look that bad in IE. Anyway, with IE7 beta out, a lot of hacks to get IE to display correctly won't work now. I'm viewing with IE6, but some CSS errors have been corrected in IE7, so you might just want to sit tight and see how it looks in IE7.

By the time IE7 is in mainstream use, the projects that we are building now will be ready for a redesign. I test my work in IE7 knowing that IE6 will continue to be the most popular browser for the next couple of years, unfortunately.
