Wrong forum, there is a site review forum for this type of thing. A mod will move this I expect.

As for the design - Fairly dull, with odd alignments all over the place and things not matching up width-wise.

It looks a little templatish.

I think that it looks very professional and the flash movie at the top has excellent colour which makes the site look interesting.
I would also agree that it looks like a template and I like the rollovers at the top of the page.
