idea required about template php file.

I bought a software from a company 3 months ago.
the company sent me an email which contained a page-link with a download-link on the page.
After I downloaded the software, the page became invalid.

Now I want to create same process:

I send a page-link to buyer, after the buyer downloads my software from download-link on the page, the page becomes invalid.

could you help me to do that by php, html and/or java-script?

You need a script that emails a link with a temp key.
When this link is opened the script updates the database stating that the temp key has been used. Basically a flag which you can set.

You can then use a force download script to prompt the user to download the file.
