Connection Problem

I am using windows XP, Apache Server and PHP 5.0.4. I tried to connect MS SQL server 2000 using php, but everything went in vain. I couldn't connect with MS SQL server 2000.

I want the connection with MS SQL server 2000. Please help me with this. I don't know the steps to get this connection. One thing i am new to php. So i dont have more knowledge on php. So anybody help me.

try to find a package for your apache ...
i don't think, that MS sql server is already integrated...
