Can someone teach me how to code my website? After I design my website template, I slice it, and what would be the next thing to do?

depends on what exactly you want your site to be... what do you want to accomplish with the site?

The simple looking question: "what would be the next thing to do" is the subject of a large number of books, articles and tutorials and can therefore not be answered in a single post on CF.
Are you at all familiar with the underlying technologies, such as HTML and CSS?
If not, you could start with the various tutorials at HTML Dog (http://htmldog.com/). Also, you can find many more useful resources in the HTML&CSS Documentation & References (http://www.codingforums.com/showthread.php?t=20862) sticky in the HTML & CSS forum.
