Please evaluate logo design used for hotel reservations on web site.
Is it good/bad, too trashy for a hotel reservation site, appropriate, too small, bad quality....???
Please post ANY comments and/or suggestions.

I don't know if 'trashy' is what I would say, but I think the imagery you have chosen would be better suited for a massage parlor or sculpture gallery.
Think about your target audience and come up with some feeling words. Some that come to my mind about hotels are
Security
Comfort
Escape

Or maybe a brothel, I really didn't expect that.
I believe that a change in imagery and font in indeed in order.

It really isn't suitable for everyone to view is it?

i have to agree with beetle ,Mhtml and ionsurge
becuse just looking at your "logo" loses interest and you should try to make to do something related to what your site is about
in other words on a scale out of 1 and 10 (1 being bad and 10 being go0d) i give it a -10 (which of course is not on th scale but less than 1)

Not to overwhelm you with negatives, but its unanimous.

Nothing wrong as a logo, its clear concise and sticks in the mind. It has a very greek/roman feel to it, sort of makes me think of that era.
Just kinda looks like he might have a woman under him (good for him!)
And you can see his bum!
I think its just not the right logo for a hotel :)

I guess that the overall feel is that you should change it.

Thanks people for you comments. I have decided to change the logo to just the name. I agreed with you even before posting this message. I just wanted to confirm my judgment.
Thanks to all....
