Looking for certain PHP code?

Im looking for a script which is user friendly and allow people to sumbmit(upload) programs to my site for a contest...

I have a C programming site and i want to hold contest and i want people to be able to enter the contest and submit their programs...

I would also like people to be able to vote for the best program.

Anyone know any such PHP code source or can you point me in the direction of where to look?

well ist a C Beginners site.. Its where c beginners unite and we are going to help each other learn... So we dont know C yet

but if we did then yeah we could
