I have this page:

http://fantasyfootball.pzproductions.com

I want the wrapper (white background) and the footer to follow the height of both the navigation and the content, however for some reason they only follow the height of the content.

Look at the site in IE, you'll see that the navigation and footer are met up, when in the code I have it set for the footer to have a 10px relative margin-top. Now, it will follow the code when in relation to the div.content, but not the div.navigation.

The wrapper in IE follows fine, however in firefox, neither the wrapper, nor the footer follow the navigation.

If you could check my code to see whats up, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Your navigation div is floated left; Firefox correctly moves any following content, and the wrapper, up to the bottom of any non-floated content (the content div). Again, this is correct behaviour according to the specs; IE behaves, once again, incorrectly.
Simply clearing the footer ought to do the trick (clear: both).
