Somehow, it makes sense.

Sometimes I'm wondering why all those web developers from India sound the same... always starting a post with "Dear Sir" (and they can't always know who they reply to), referring to themselves as "we" (apparently even when they post as private person) and the tenor of the offer sounds like a memorized standard phrase or like a paragraph copied and pasted from a company website - and they never have a website or portfolio...? :)
