I knoticed today that I could no longer install things on my computer, it seems that something has Disabled all of my login profiles Includeing the Administrative login, there isnt a password on it or anything, i just cant get the computer to start up as Administration because the profile is disabled. Cant Run System restore because it automaticaly logs me in as a Guest, and no login names apear on the XP login screen. Heince I cant get to the Registry to force it to log into Administrator. Anyone have any idea what I could do to fix this?

its not a password issue, there is no password set to the administrator log in, i used a Boot CD that allowed me to Enable the Administrative account, but it still does let me have access when im on the Administrative login

what does it say when you try to login as administrator? error message?
One thing to try, is running a program called TweakUI. That enables to activate administrator accounts, however it may not allow you to run the program in guest mode, but worth a go.
Let me know if that works...
