Need PHP Coder (FREE)

Hello there I am looking for a PHP Coder with enough time on there hands to code a few things I want in the control panel of my site. Some of the basic features are:

Post News (post news on the site)
Admin Notes (admin notes)
Logs (admin logs)
Edit Page (edit page)
Add Page (add new page)
Delete Page (delete a page)
Manage Navagation (edit the navagation)
Add Poll (add new poll)
Edit Poll (edit polls)
Delete Poll (delete polls)
Manage Affiliates (manage, add, edit and delete affiliates.)

I have already done the access code where only a specified usergroup from the forums can access the admin control panel. All that needs to be done is the things I listed above in PHP, mySQL.

Whoa a few dollars that sure is a lot of money especially for such a large amount of work. Okay I'm being sarcastic. Seriously what you want done is a lot. I surely won't do it for free as you state. And how much is a few dollars? Do you know how much time and effort it would take to do what you want? Another thing did you even bother to read the title of this forum? You must clearly state that you are paying in a monetary (money) form.
