When booted goes straight to Sys Setup. - P1-200MMX Award BIOS

Yesterday it worked fine, today when I boot my old P1-200MMX it checks CPU, RAM, then goes into the BIOS Setup. When in bios at first the text on the bottom is blinking. Once I change items, it stops blinking. Also, one time when I booted up every second character was capitalized. I've brought it down to bare minimum (Motherboard, video card, keyb). I've replaced the CPU and RAM to see if they were the problem. I also reset all bios settings to the defaults, but with no luck. It's an Intel TR4 board with award bios. Just trying to throw in as much info as possible. Anyone have any similar problems or any thoughts, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Note: That this system may be a POS (not good), but it keeps my family off mine, so it's really important to me. I'm not a complete moron, I do build/repair PCs for the majority of my day where I work.

Try swapping to a different keyboard, make sure all the socketed chips on the board are installed tightly (they can work loose), dust the board clean.

That's all I can think of trying right now.

It was the keyboard. But the odd thing is that one of the first things I did was remove the keyboard, because I thought maybe the del key was stuck, but the system didn't boot. It didn't go into the menu, but it also didn't give me a no keyboard error. Last night, I figured why not try another keyb again and it worked. Thanx for the response.
